Return and  Refund Policy

What is Return and Refund Policy and why is it important to have it? Considering the stringency of the consumer rights and protection and applicability of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, it has become a very crucial parameter to comply with. Under these policies, return and refund provisions are laid out clearly stating the terms and conditions applicable with respect to the product/commodity/services offered from the e-commerce platform to the buyer from the seller. It includes provisions where they must give consumers an opportunity to claim for it against the product purchased by them on the grounds of false representations and misleading information given through their advertising and marketing of that product by fixing the liability of these platforms so as to check upon the unfair trade practices.

Return and Refund Policy

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between Zilliors Technology India Private Limited and Registered user/Consumer

1- Return

1.1.1 The Customer has to return within calendar days which is mentioned under sellers Return and Refund Policy

1.1.2 You wish to return anything you bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange your product provided if it is in a full resalable condition.

1.1.3 For return and exchange you are expected to please print and fill in the Return forms and send it back along with your item within days of receipt of goods at the address stated. Any goods/products which are not in the original packaging, or which are outside the time frame will not be acceptable.

1.1.4 The Return shall be eligible on the following grounds:

a) Where the goods/products are false or misleadingly represented.
b) Not the product which you ordered.
c) Duplicate.
d) Inferior quality and as per the quality standards that have been endorsed by the us.
e) You may wish to have another similar product of the similar category.
f) Product or good received by you is in damage or broken in parts or otherwise.

1.1.5 Steps for Return:

1) Place a return request by raising online request with order number, Reason for return by email. Zilliors will arrange a courier partner to pick up the goods at your location within 3 working days. Handover your product which you wish to return, Make sure returnable item is in original condition This means the product should be unused with the Brand Tag intact. The product should be returned with the original brand packaging as received by you. 

2) Once we receive the product back at our Sellers Dispatch Centre, team will inspect the same to ensure it has not been used and upon successful inspection, we will refund your money to you.

3) Make unboxing videos of all our customer returns to ensure that the product has been returned to us in its original condition. We have the legal right to reject any refund claim where we find that the returned product has been used and returned or if the original product was not returned back to us. 

1.2 Refund

As we receive the return item from your end, we will inspect the item received from you and notify you of the status of the item within 4 number of days from the date of its receipt.. After the return is approved, we will issue a refund amount in your account which you have asked us to and have shared the accounts relation with us when generating the refund request or later after you have been asked for it upon the completion of the inspection form our side. If applicable the shipping charges will also be subject to refund wherever applicable in compliance with clause of (f) of Section 1.1 of this Agreement herein. The refund amount shall be transferred within 10 days in your provided details to us, whose transaction details shall be shared with you on the mode of communication you have opted to receive notices.

1.3 Disclaimer

In no event we shall be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website by you.

1.4 Product

Products listed on our e-commerce website are those of whose we aren’t the producers or manufacturer or distributors, we are the tech savvy platforms which are enabling and facilitating such producers or manufacturers or distributors or their representatives to make use of our platforms to sell or resell the products listed on our website.

1. Order & Tracking

You may check the status of your order via the Tracking link shared with you via SMS, or by clicking on “Track Your Order” listed on the Track order section of the homepage. Upon clicking, you will be asked to provide your Order No. or your Mobile No or transaction identity number as the case may be. You can then view your order history and track your current order/s in real time.

2. Shipping Charges

If product is not in a good condition after checking the quality, in that case registered user/buyer is the responsible to pay the shipping charges.

4. Warranty

The products sold are covered under the manufacturer's warranty for 1 year which shall not be subject to warranty from us. In case you find that the product is not working properly, after you have opened the box, we will replace or exchange the product to your satisfaction, without any questions asked within Seven (7) days from the date you reported to us about it and provided with all required information in pursuant with this Agreement

5. Limitation and liability

First Party limits their liability against the Second Party as per this Agreement, in the case of a material breach or be made liable to pay actual losses or direct damages which may have occur to the usage of the products or goods or item listed on our platform by the distributors or sellers or producers of such products or goods or items on our platform. First Party shall not be subject to bear any losses nor be subjected to any sort of damages that shall follow punitive or exemplary.

6 Governing law & jurisdiction

This Agreement and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes, differences and/or claims arising out of, or relating to, or in connection with this Agreement or the breach, termination or validity hereof shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India for resolution of such disputes. The final judgment of the sole arbitrator selected by us shall be final and binding on the parties.

7- Severability

If any of the provisions of the Terms are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, such provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9- Grievance Redressal

Any grievances relating to the Return and Refund Policy may be directed by you to the grievance officer Tejas Lodha who can be contacted at info@zilliors.com. Failure to write within 4 working days addressing the grievance will result in forfeiture of the claim. The timely reporting will enable us to reach you back within 72hours of your grievance request submission and resolution attempt in the best feasible manner will be managed or arranged.
